Man Causes Chaos In Raila Event Wants To Attach Malaba OCS
There was chaos at the KMTC Teso campus after a man tried to attack Malaba OCS George Ouga at the venue where ODM party leader Raila Odinga was expected to hold a rally.
The man was blocked by the OCS as he tried to force his entry to the venue where Raila was expected to address KMTC students and residents of Kocholya. The OCS said he was not injured but someone from the crowd stole his phone during the fracas.
The man was arrested and taken to Malaba police station.
Earlier at ODM headquarters there was a fracas between the former PMs security and journalists at the venue.
