Central Police Station OCS Samson Talaam, among 5 individuals to be charged with murder.
DPP approves murder charges against Police officers including; Samson Talaam, James Mukhwana & Peter Kimani, Following IPOA’s investigation on Albert Ojwang’s death. Other suspects are; John Ngige, Brian Njue and Gin Abwao.
The suspects have been arraigned before the Kibera High Court to face the murder charges contrary to Section 204 of the Penal Code, Cap. 63 of the Laws of Kenya.
