Raphael Tuju Resigns as Jubilee Secretary General to Focus on Politics
Raphael Tuju resign as Jubilee Secretary General to vie for Siaya Senator seat in the August polls.
Earlier, President Uhuru Kenyatta asked ODM leader Raila Odinga and deputy leader Hassan Joho to give Tuju all the support he needs as he focus on politics contest as he steps down from Jubilee Secretary General role.
“I don’t know how you dared to trust me coming 4 km from your competitor’s place to run your campaigns”, Jubilee Party secretary-general Raphael Tuju has told President Uhuru Kenyatta.
“I want to pledge to you that you can continue to trust me. I say thank you”, Tuju added.
