UDA Censures Sudi & Murkomen for Attacks on Gachagua
United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Secretary General Cleophas Malala on Wednesday ordered several politicians within the party including Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi to cease their attacks against Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua or have disciplinary action taken against them.
In a statement, the Secretary-General also censured Nyeri Governor Mutahi Kahiga, presumably because of his tough political stance threatening Mt. Kenya action against President William Ruto’s UDA camp over Gachagua’s alleged isolation in the ruling party.
Malala, who had just jetted back into the country from China, also issued a warning to Cabinet Secretaries Kipchumba Murkomen of Transport, Moses Kuria of Public Service, and Aisha Jumwa of Gender directing them to cease political activity per the law.
