Hellen Obiri Defends Boston Marathon Title
Marathoner Hellen Obiri on Monday defendded her Boston Marathon titile clockingΒ an unofficial time of 2:22:37.
She’s the first woman in 19 years to clinch back-to-back titles, following in the footsteps of the legend Catherine Ndereba’s 2004/2005 wins.
Sharon Lokedi and Edna Kiplagat take second and third place at 2:22:45, 2:23:21 respectively.
