Oburu Odinga Admitted to Nairobi Hospital for Treatment
ODM Party Leader and Siaya Senator Oburu Odinga has been admitted to Nairobi Hospital, where he is receiving treatment for a chronic illness, according to a hospital source.
The veteran politician was admitted on Saturday, shortly after returning to Kenya following a medical trip to the United Kingdom.
Oburu had travelled to the UK for a routine medical check-up, which he said was undertaken on the advice of his doctors and also provided an opportunity for rest and recuperation.
His latest hospitalisation comes after he had earlier received treatment at Nairobi Hospital before travelling abroad for further medical assessments.
