Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga to appear before NCIC When He Return From UK
Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate Raila Odinga is expected to appear before the NCIC over his madoadoa remarks he made while campaigning in Wajir.
Raila will appear before the commission after his trip to the United Kingdom stated NCIC boss Samuel Kobia.
“Once he comes back, we will be in touch and talk things out,”
“NCIC has declared an out all war against hate speech. We are monitoring TV and online. We need to ensure that evidence gathering is done quickly and swiftly,” Kobia said.
