TAVETA BODA BODA RIDERS PROTEST, DEMAND JUSTICE FOR LATE MWADIME

Boda boda riders in Taveta staged a peaceful procession to demand justice for the late Mwadime, who was murdered three weeks ago.
The riders called on investigating officers to expedite investigations and ensure those responsible for the killing are brought to justice.
Following the demonstration, the riders agreed to give officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) more time to complete their investigations and apprehend the suspects.

The police and Deputy County Commissioner (DCC) were commended for allowing the demonstrators to express their concerns at the police station, with their grievances heard peacefully.
The riders are now awaiting progress in the investigations as they seek justice for their colleague.
