NOC-K President, Dr Paul Tergat Appointed To IOC Disciplinary Commission That Deals With Violations Of The Olympic Charter

The National Olympic Committee of Kenya (NOC-K) President, Dr. Paul Tergat, has been appointed to the IOC Disciplinary Commission that deal with alleged violations of the Olympic Charter or of any other decision or discipline or applicable regulation, other than anti-doping rule violations, issued by the IOC or any International Federation (IF) or NOC on the occasion of the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022.
