DCI Arrest 4 Suspects In Hunt For Stolen Ksh94.9 Million
Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) arrested four suspects in connection to the daring heist which saw Ksh94.9 million allegeldy stolen by employees of a security firm.
Four Wells Fargo Company employees suspects linked to the theft of more than Ksh 94 million belonging to Quickmart Supermarket have been arrested Rongai, Njiru and Kasarani respectively. Police in pursuit of the money also managed to recover Ksh 9,101,300 of the Ksh 94,918,750
The National Police Service (NPS) on Sunday, November 12, revealed that the owner and driver of a motor vehicle registration number KBM 751W Fielder suspected to have been used to ferry the stolen cash from the escort van, was arrested within Rongai area and the motor vehicle traced to Njiru within Kayole.
