Dp Ruto today welcomed 45 MCAs from Nakuru County led by Moses Ndung’u, Majority Leader and Samuel Tonui, Deputy Speaker defected from Jubilee to join United Democratic Movement
The MCA’s were accompanied by senator Kihika who is eying the governors seat.
