TAITATAVETA COUNTY SET HOST TREE PLANT EVENT AT KISHENYI DAM AS WORLD CELEBRATE TREE PLANTING DAY TOMORROW
March 21st is also World Planting Day. This day is dedicated to planting whatever you possibly can, from trees, flowers to vegetables, but also spreading awareness of the importance of plants.
The Taita Taveta County Government is set to join other nations around the world in celebrating International Forest Day on Thursday.
The event will be held at Kishenyi Dam and will be marked under the theme “Forests and innovation: New solutions for a better world”.
