State fail to prefer any charge against FKF President Nick Mwendwa
FKF President Nick Mwendwa is a free man after the State failed to prefer any charge against him. His file has now been closed and his Sh4 million bail refunded.
The Director of Public Prosecutions will however proceed with further investigations in the case. The DPP had been given seven days to prefer charges against Nick but chose to close its file.
