President Ruto Announce Kenya Partnership With The Grammy Awards.
The Head of State while speaking at Uhuru Gardens during Jamhuri Day celebrations on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, stated that the major film and television studios in the US-Hollywood will begin shooting and producing films in Kenya.
“The famous Grammy Awards have a partnership with us and starting in January, the innovation studios of Hollywood will start shooting multiple movies here in Kenya,” Ruto announced noting the association is in line with his plans to empower innovations and the creative and film industry.
William Ruto’s administration has been working with various companies in the US and recently, the National Basketball Association(NBA) opened its doors in Nairobi.
The Nairobi office will NBA Africa’s fifth office, joining Cairo, Egypt; Dakar, Senegal; Johannesburg, South Africa; and Lagos, Nigeria.
