ODM MP Lilian Gogo’s House Burnt in Suspected Arson Attack
The rural home of Rangwe Member of Parliament, Lilian Gogo, has been gutted by a mysterious fire, destroying property of unknown value.
The MP’s house, which is located in Kotieno Village, Homa Bay County, was burnt down on Saturday morning in what some people believe could be a result of an arson attack.
Reports indicate that the incident, which took place under unclear circumstances, occurred while the lawmaker and her family members were away.
Attempts by villagers to put out the fire proved futile as the inferno quickly escalated to other parts of the building, destroying everything inside the house.
