Elisha Kiprop win men’s marathon as Valentine Kipketer lead womens in 2021 Standard Chartered Nairobi Marathon 42km race
Alphonce Kigen won position two while Joshua Kogo finished third.
Valentine Kipketer outsmarted Naomi Chepkogei Maiyo, in the women’s 42km to win the race in 2:30:02
Naomi finished second in 2:32:23 while Lilian Chemweno finished third in 2:34:14.
The 18th edition of the Standard Chartered Nairobi Marathon was held today on 31st October, 2021, and the winners in all categories walked away with 1.5milion each.
