A Plus For Raila After Africa Union Agree To Leave AU Commission Chairperson Role To EAC

African Union Executive Council agrees to leave the African Union Commission Chairperson role to the East African Community (EAC). 

This comes after AU executive Council of Ministers drops gender rule for African Union Commission chairperson candidates, making it easier for Raila to contest; awaits approval by the AU Assembly.
