Ruto Appoints David Ndii, Nanok to State House Roles. Hussein Mohamed Replaces Kanze Dena As Spokesperson.
President William Ruto has appoint his close campaign strategist to statehouse roles.
“It is notified that His Excellency William Ruto has on, October 14, made various appointments to the senior ranks of the Executive Office of the President,” Kinyua announced.
Former Citizen TV anchor Hussein Mohamed appointed State House Spokesperson replacing Kanze Dena. Other appointments include;
1. David Ndii – Chairperson, President’s Council of Economic Advisors.
2. Felix Koskei – Chief of Staff and Head of the Public Service.
3. Josephat Nanok – Deputy Chief of Staff
4. Kamau Thugge – Appointed as the senior advisor and head of physical affairs and budget policy
5. Augustine Cheruyoit was appointed to head the economic transformation secretariat.
6. Dr Nancy Laibuni will serve as a member of the president’s Council of Economic Advisors, according to the list shared by Kinyua.
7. Former Kajiado South MP Katoo Ole Metito, appointed as State House Comptroller.
8. Mohammed Hassan appointed as a member of the President’s Council of Economic Advisors
9. David Mugonyi who was appointed as the Head of the Presidential Communication Service.
According to an executive order signed by President William Ruto on Friday, David Ndii’s docket as the Chairperson of the President’s Council of Economic Advisors will be under the Office of the President.
Koskei’s, the new Chief of Staff and his deputy Nanok will also serve at State House under the Office of the President.
