Kithure Kindiki Appointed As Kenya Kwanza Chief Agent In August Polls

The DP on Saturday while receiving his nomination certificate from IEBC at Bomas of Kenya, that Tharaka Nithi Senator, Kithure Kindiki, will be his chief agent in the August 9 presidential vote.

While addressing the press after been cleared by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to contest in the upcoming polls, Ruto informed the electoral agency that Kindiki will be the liaison person between Kenya Kwanza and the IEBC.

Kindiki will be there to handle and communication between the IEBC and Kenya Kwanza and will also be the one responsible for verifying Ruto’s votes during the election.

Kindiki will be assisted by Turkana Governor Josphat Nanok and UDA SG Veronica Maina in his new role, which will entail ensuring seamless communication between his team and the IEBC.
