Kenya’s Banned From International Football Activities Ratified By The FIFA Council

Kenya’s hopes to have the suspension by FIFA lifted have been dashed after the body approved the suspension with 198 members voting in support of the ban while only two countries voted against the decision.

President Giani Infantino opened the 72nd FIFA congress in Doha, Qatar. Among the agendas was banning of the Kenya, Zimbabwe and Pakistan Football Federations.

Kenya was handed an indefinite ban for failing to comply with FIFA rules
