Kenya Court of Appeal has suspend an order requiring President Uhuru Kenyatta to appoint the remaining 6 judges.

The order therefore bars Chief Justice Martha Koome from swearing in six judges as ruled by high court Kenya until when the full verdict will be issued.

The order will remain in force until November 19 when the court is expected to give a ruling on orders of the High Court in respect to the six judges

The High Court comprising of three bench judges had ordered President Kenyatta to appoint the six judges within 14 days, failure to which they will be deemed to have been formally appointed and sworn in by the Chief Justice.
