Embakasi Gas Plant Owner Surrenders to Police for Questioning
The owner of the illegal Embakasi gas plant that exploded on Thursday, last week surrendered to the police on Monday evening.
It was previously reported that the owner was at large and had failed to present himself to the police for questioning.
On Saturday, the gas plant owner, in the company of his lawyer presented himself at the Embakasi Police Station even as Kenyans seek answers over why the plant was allowed to operate in the first place despite not having a licence.
