Abdulswamad’s plan to build a multi-billion Miritini Industrial Park
President William Ruto, on Friday, November 18, approved the Mombasa County government’s plan to build a multi-billion Miritini Industrial Park.
In a ceremony at the Mombasa State Lounge, President William Ruto and Trade CS Moses Kuria presented a license and a permit to Governor Abdulswamad Sheriff Nassir.
“It is my great pleasure to announce to the people of Mombasa that the County Government has received its license and permits for the Miritini Industrial Park from the Special Economic Zones Authority,” Abdulswamad announced.We are now cleared to commence the construction of this SEZ expected to create 10,000 new jobs for our people,” he added.
