Wajackoyah’s Roots Party Appoint Omar Lali As National Coordinator of Beach Boys

The Roots Party has appointed Lamu-based fisherman Omar Lali as the party’s National Coordinator of the Beach Boys Association.

In a statement by the party’s presidential running mate Justina Wangui on Thursday, June 23, the party stated that beach boys spur the tourism economy by offering tours along the coastline.

The party further maintained that Lali would bring the beach boys’ vote who it said  had been ignored in Kenya’s agenda of development.

“Omar brings the beach boys vote who are many at times ignored in Kenya’s development agenda. Roots Party of Kenya looks forward to this strategic partnership,” the statement further read.
