Nelson Havi lost a Case After Court reinstates Mercy Wambua as LSK CEO
LSK lost a case after High Court rules Mercy Wambua is the CEO of LSK. The court also termed resolutions made in the June and September General Meetings as illegal ordered the society to call a fresh gathering within 21 days.
In a judgement delivered by Justice Antony Mrima, He also held that president Nelson Havi is the Spokesperson of LSK.
“Both the June and September SGMs were not properly convened and their decisions are invalid and void,” Mrima ruled.
