High court quash Jubilee decision to expel Senator Isaac Mwaura from party
Senator Isaac Mwaura has been reinstated by the High court after finding out that his expulsion by the Jubilee party was illegal.
In his ruling, Judge Joseph Sergon said Jubilee did not follow due process while expelling Mwaura from the party.
Jubilee party had deregister Isaac Mwaura from Jubilee party.
