Fresh twist in the DJ Joe Mfalme case after Allan Ochieng, alias Hype Balo, charged with the murder of Felix Kelian Kintosi, a DCI officer attached to the Dagoretti Directorate of Criminal Investigation office while the six co-suspects, among them Joseph Mwenda Munoru, popularly known as Dj Joe Mfalme freed and turned to be prosecution witnesses.

However the family of police officer Felix Kelian Kitosi saying justice won’t be served following the court’s decision to free DJ Joe Mfalme and other suspects and charge Allan Ochieng aka Hype Ballo with the murder.

Speaking outside Kibera Law Courts on Monday, a representative of the family revealed that they spoke to Kelian Felix Ole Kintosi hours before he died and he allegedly informed them he was beaten by more than one person.
