Kalonzo Denies Recognising Ruto as President
Wiper Party leader Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka faults the media for consistently “misrepresenting’ his views on President William Ruto’s election legitimacy, denying reports suggesting he had accepted President William Ruto’s as a legitimate Head of State.
The former Vice President in a statement reiterated that his remarks, which he made in Taita Taveta County were misconstrued.
“As AZIMIO, we remain clear that the issues for discussion and negotiations as framed by both teams, include among others; A comprehensive audit of the 2022 presidential elections that in our view will finally settle the matter,” he explained.
