The One Kenya Alliance (Oka) principals have today on Wednesday sign a pact officially committing to work together under the alliance ahead of the general election.

The event was held at Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka Command Center in Karen , Nairobi on 2nd February, where the partners signed a deed of assignment.

The deal allowed Gideon Moi’s of Kanu, Cyrus Jirongo’s of UDP and Martha Karua’s Narc Kenya to officially become part of the alliance.

OKA was previously registered under Kalonzo’s name at the Registrar of Political Parties, raising doubts about the power of the remaining trio.

“We will officially and publicly unveil the One Kenya Alliance (OKA) and demonstrate how our vision will fundamentally transform Kenya.

“As a build-up towards the official unveiling, we have lined up a series of public engagements and activities to be hosted by our constituent political parties and partners in various parts of the country,” Moi stated.
